60yr old male patient resident of munugod came with chief complaints of shortness of breathe and pedal edema since 5 months
History of presenting illness
Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 year back then he developed anasarca and lower limb swelling for which he got treated in a hospital and got relieved. But then he developed shortness of breathe grade 2 and then it became grade 3
